Definitely works. I have heat damage from my curling iron so I wanted to give my hair a break from the heat styling. These definitely curled my hair. I highly recommend getting some.

I did not leave them in overnight because I couldn’t get comfortable trying to fall asleep with them in my hair. I am a side sleeper and toss and turn when I sleep.

But I wore them in my hair for about an hour while I watched tv, etc. The curl lasted a few days in Florida humidity. Most people will probably need to buy more than one box….I had to buy 2 boxes. I needed 2 sets, because I have long thick layered hair.

I have long layered hair with bangs. I did not sleep these on, but I followed a tutorial that called for using the Not Your Mothers plumping mousse. I applied the mousse to my roof and midlength, but not my ends. I found wrapping my hair challenging as I have long layered. The easiest way for me to do it was to use all of my fingers on one hand to hold my hair down while I used the other to wrap. I imaging wrapping is a lot easier if your hair is one length. I left the rollers in for about 4 hours. The result was HUGE volume at the root and pretty large waves at the bottom. I sort of felt like Dark Helmet from Spaceballs. Next time I will apply the mousse midlengths to the ends to see if that helps the hair grip and maybe the roots won’t be as voluminous. I do think this product is best suited for mid length to long hair.

I love these so much. If you look at fake blowout tutorials where you use the socks stuffed with flexirods, they do work but they give so much frizz and can shape the hair uneven too.

I tried the same upside down method with it and omg, soooooo much bounce and so much volume. I've never had my hair look like this before I actually have no idea how to recreate it with a hair curler like this.

I have a photo for reference. My hair is naturally pretty straight and usually needs alot of product to hold the style. If I use mousse and hair spray this fake blow out look lasts a while!

I would like to say I love, love your product and I am going to order more!! I like doing different hairstyles and I have to admit that for decades, hairstyling took a toll on my hair. In the 80s, I would use hair spray like there’s no tomorrow. In the 2000s when hair curlers became a thing.. please don’t get me started but I probably bought around 30ish hair iron curlers, hair brush heaters, etc you name it! 5 years ago, I start to notice the difference on the quality of my hair for decades of abuse. Hair strand have split ends, texture has become coarse. So you can understand my blissful happiness when I found your product! Finally!! Something I could use to style my hair pretty but will not hurt it 😁 I am really happy! Thank you for this product and I wish your company continue to develop products that are good (healthy) for our hair. Kudos xoxo

I bought 2 sets. I have long hair, and a lot of it, so I wanted to make sure all portions were rolled for max effect. I’ve tried them twice and I am in love with the results. The reason why I say it’s promising and why I gave it a 4-Star for now is because both times, I rolled my hair immediately after drying so it still had minor dampness. They stayed rolled for approx 3-4 hours. Although the results were beautiful, the curls and volume did not last. I want to try it again and give it enough time to set and dry, and see if it lasts longer. But like I said, very promising and I’m excited because the other styles are always so tight with curls and I prefer bigger waves - this definitely gave me that look.
