    Finally, great customer service!

    The pillowcases I recently ordered are great, they aren’t the first that I’ve ordered from Kitsch. But what makes the biggest difference these days in the world of IG ads and online shopping is maintaining good customer service. My order was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, and when I emailed customer support about this issue they responded promptly and kindly and were quick to re send my order to the correct address. I’ve been burned by one too many Instagram ads / companies, but actually trust Kitsch to be a reputable and reliable brand with great products.

    My daughter sleeps like a princess now

    We love the pillowcases we ordered. My daughter says it is sooo comfy!

    The BEST satin pillowcases

    I’ve always wanted a satin pillowcase, and holy moly Kitsch has gone beyond my expectations I’m in love with the satin pillowcases. I’ve bought the terracotta one, and the color is so gorgeous. I’ve washed it the first time on delicate cold wash, then 20 minutes in the dryer on cold. And the pillowcases came out even better, believe me or not but they were even more soft after washing it.

    After the first night I can confirm that this pillowcase works. I have very frizzy wavy hair, every morning I would wake up looking like Hagrid, this morning I woke up like me. Definitely gonna buy more!!

    Keeps my hair manageable
